The sushi is freshly prepared, however some of the pieces in the set menus have a more "experimental" vibe to them so if you're a sushi purist you should ask for the pieces individually. The ramen and yakisoba are great but be warned, if you ask for spicy that's what you'll get, so make sure to also ask for some lemonade since you're at it. The staff is super welcoming and if you're an usual costumer they'll remember most of your preferences. ”
